Smashing Commerce — I am complaining about mosquito pest reject machine

The company is totally fraud, whatever the item showing is totally different from the advertisement. My purchase order no. Awb[protected]. I got on 12aug18. From that day i am using but due to fake mechin, it is not working. No effect on mosquito and all. Really very pathetic service provider present in our country. So if company will not start process to take return back, then it will be shame for us, as well as to company.
