Smashing Commerce — i have not placed an order, still i received messages on my number

I have not ordered this product but still i received information on mobile about order. So i told them clearly please don't send this product but they are not replying us. Also they give one number for contact [protected]. They are not receiving call so i sent them messages but no reply from this company.

Very bad service bcz they must have to verify mobile number with otp. But they didn't do this.
