Smashing Commerce — I'm complaining about product fault

The buttons of the product, phone holder are not working, for this i can't use the product. After two days of trying i would not succesful to play or move the button so that i can enjoy the product. You should have checked and tested the phone holder properly. Then you should have sent the product. So i kindly request to return the product and make me free from the inconvenience.
