Smashing Commerce — initiate my refund

I have ordered (Order id#gscdnvxfxv) on 18st aug 2018 for pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.

This is poor quality and cheap product..... It's does not work. This is useless product. And makes irritating noise which give headache.

Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid rs. 480/-

They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money.
