Smashing Commerce — mobile holder

The product I received (ultimate phone Holder) is of inferior quality. Its built is very poor.Its not worth to be used.Its a waste of money.I want to return the product and receive my payment back as soon as possible.If I don't get my money refunded soon I'll take the matter with the consumer court.
