Smashing Commerce — not refunding my product my product is wrong

I orderd a pest control device from smaching commerce the product is not good it is of 480rs. but in market same product is of only 70rs.so this company fraud & cheated with me i as a lawyer if my product is not return i ll sue u on court and file a case against u so solve my problem as soon as possible & give my money or product back to me as soon as posssible
