On a face book advertisement o[censored]ltrasonic rat, mosquito and pest repellent by smashing commerce, i online ordered 01 no. Ultrasonic rat, mosquito and pest [protected]@ rs 480.00. The same was delivered on 31/07/2018. The said item is totally different from advertisement and making unbearable sound. I want to return this product but there is no procedure defined to return the item. By this complaint site i came to know that the customer success manager addressed her/his name differently to customer, for someone ankita ahuja, ankita gupta and so on, as i got ankita negi mobile no.
