I purchased pest control device from smashing commerce by online and paid cash on delivery of rs. 480.00 but when i have opened the package advertising device and received device was totally different. And its a fake product.in facebook they are showing good quality of product. But i have received worst product.

Number. +91-[protected] but upon calling no one is picking the phone.
Now i want refund of my money.

I have submitted a refund and return request today. The product was delivered yesterday and it makes irritating noise. This was not specified on the facebook website. Refund and return should be processed immediately. I have already messaged them and have tried to call Ankita but the number seems to switched off
