Smashing Commerce — pest reject

My Order #154687to smashing commerce.The order is for Pest reject.
It is not at all similar to the product as shown in their advertisement it is like things sold on handcart in some village.
& moreover its vibration sounds are so loud that its not possible to sit for humans in the house forget to search the pests whether it is repelling or not.
They are giving 60 days moneyback gurantee but now no response from their side.The product is also damaged & not worth Rs 480.I feel cheated & want my money back.
