I ordered a pest repellent after seeing an image of the ultrasonic version. They sent me some crappy plastic device which doesn’t even work. They are duping people. Why are they still in business? This is really really sad. If I enquire about return policy, they are telling me that you waste money on many things, this is also like that. Use it for 60 days. Are they stupid? This pest control product what smashing commerce sell is showing different from what they send. This is not working and unsafe fir kids as well very bad noise.. so cheap quality product. Got this in 480 rs which is really much for this bad product.i want to return this product and want back my money

I ordered this product on 12th july 2018 and it was deliverd on 16th july 2018.

The product is not working at all. Also the product delivered is of very poor quality and completely different then as shown in the site. I want to return the product and want my money back. However they are not replying to the email...

Order I'd is VMPJDAAHKM. I ordered on 12th July and got delivery on 14th July . It was a fake product and all the co tact numbers are also fake. Please take the product back and return my money.
