Smashing Commerce — pest repellent not send

I had ordered for a pest repellent from smashing commerce company which promised that this product can be used in the house and repels all the house pest but surprisingly i received a room freshner that to makes so much noise i don't want it, yes ankita does not receive calls kindly refund my money it is this is pure cheating and i want this company to be punished for cheating and refund my money
