Smashing Commerce — pest repellent- ultrasonic machine,a fake product of a fake company and wanted to cancel as per other customer reviews received

I booked my order no.#QAV2D7MRN for product Pest repellent, - Ultrasonic machine on today on 20/07/2018, and on same time call to Ankita ( supply manager), for some query, after trying so many times the call was responding, so l got puzzled, and went through reviews of the customers who had received the product, l got shocked the product which l have order is not the same as company has described in its website. So l want to cancel the above product which not upto the mark, and not deliver the same on my address.With above reference l had also send a mail to the company in this regard.
