Smashing Commerce — product in picture what i ordered is totally different from what i got

The product is send by you is not upto the mark. And it's not contain the manual how to use. It is not the product that i ordered so i want to return it. Thats why take it back and return the amount. Hi,
I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. Many times i drop mail to them but they just answering the mail with use it for 60 days.
I don't wanna use it.

I have received my order on dt. 30th october 3018. I have payrs.380/-. But my delivered products is not same when i order it. I want refund. I also mail to [protected]@smashingcommerce.com. They have not support any refund. My order id is vt6zks66q2
Note :- there mentioned return merchant mobile is false [protected]
