Smashing Commerce — received a fake and cheap product

I ordered electronic mosquito repellent from the above site after reading over 100 positive posts on Facebook. But the product which just arrived doesn’t look the same as product shown on their web page and is not working either. It looks so cheap, not even worth Rs.50/- and I bought it for Rs.480/- They mentioned about refund also now neither marketing person Ankita nor any one else is receiving the calls. Contact numbers [protected], [protected]. They cheated me and still cheating others, Kindly catch hold of them and help me in getting my money refunded.

They are a big fraud.
