Smashing Commerce — received wrong product, can't reach service

Booked an Ultrasonic Pest Repellent, received a car polish product.
Product arrived yesterday, 11 July after 6 PM through XpressBee delivery. Paid full amount of Rs. 480 as the COD price mentioned on the bill.
The product was poorly packaged.
Opened to find a Car Coating polish product instead of the Pest repellant it was supposed to be.
Mobile Number given in the confirmation message is not reachable. Ringing a couple of times, often responding as busy, and not connecting at all.
No way to lodge a complaint on the website. Duped me of the entire amount.
Can't find any way to escalate the issue.
I need to get a refund and return the product.
Attached are the images of the wrong product and the invoice attached on the product box.
