Sir, i had purchased pest repeller from smashing comerce but they send old model item and not working mosquitos, rats as they ad in face book i am not satisfied and returned the item to the seller 19 th july and informed. The item cost rs.480/-+ rs.70/- courier charges total rs.550/-refund me there is no refund. Please arrange my refund amount rs.550/-.

Updated by Nama Venkata Balasubrahmanyam sir, I had purchased Pest repeller at Rs. 480/- in the month of june received item old model and not working i informed to the company by mail that iam not satisfied and the item not working return and send amount but there is no any reply .I returned the item to the seller by d.t.d.c. courier @70/- charge on dt.13 th july and informed till today no refund amount.Please send my refund amount with courier charges Rs.550/- immediately
