Smashing Commerce — smashing commerce delivered fake product and not listening

Hi,
I ordered this product on 6th july 2018 and it was deliverd after 3 days.
My order id : # 155715
Invoice number : #R2B5TJ52HT
This product is not working at all. The product delivered is of very poor quality and completely different then as shown in the site. I want to return the product and want my money back. However they are not replying any phone call or SMS...
Can anybody or any consumer forum help in this matter ?

I think we all should publicised this fraud through Facebook & other social media, so that others remain escape from this fraud company...
