Smashing Commerce — pest repellent from smashing commerce

Hi,
I am Dilip Das, ordered pest repellent from smashing commerce site, worth of rupees 480/-. The image in site shown is different and received is different which looks like worth of rupees 50/- and very cheap quality. No out put at all.
Not even able to find return option and no clear return policy. People are not responding properly.

Updated by dilipdas1012 I have ordered a pest repellent machine. it is delivered today. but it is not at all working and not worth of rupees 480, which i purchased the product with.The image in site shown is different and received is different which looks like worth of rupees 50/- and very cheap quality. No out put at all. i want the money back. No return option shown in the site. please help.
