Smashing Commerce — the received product is different need refund asap

The product shown was not delivered
The product shown is not at all similar
Need refund as soon as possible.
There was no order number, there was no contact weblink and product cost 499 but it seems like local 50rs product available at road side shops
The ad was of a mobile holder which is rigid and strong.
Mainly it can be tilted, expandable and looks like a standard product
The received product is cheap looking, not tiltable, not expandable, the product is entirely different in every sense even by its look it is entirely different
I need a refund as soon as possible.
It is the second time from the same company
The same issue was reported Early amd there was no response
But this time i am thinking about filing a case in consumer court.
Immediate response required before i take other action.
