Smashing Commerce — this product is not genuine

I am not satisfied this product. They are showing pest repellent product but they are sending very cheap quality and not mentioned company name on the product, how can we trusted this product. They are cheating us. I paid amount of rs.380 for this product, and not worthy that much of money, i am very disappointed with this product, please refund my money and take your product, please help me
