Smashing Commerce — worst quality of product

I had ordered a ultimate phone holder and I received the product . The product was too bad and it was not a good quality product for that price. Hence I tried to return on that day but there was no option shown to return the product and today when I tried to return the product it shows before 24hrs. I really want to return ultimate phone holder as soon as possible. It's just waste of money.

I have ordered phone holder with RS.499. I delivered my order but it's damaged piece . There is no replacement option. I want replacement now. Please replace my order and notify me in SMS or email
