Smashing Commerce — wrong product delivered as shown in advertisement

Company doing advertisement for their product is not same as delivered, and what has delivered it is not effecting as advertise and as per information about the product. There is a contact number but any one not receive it.

I have seen the FB products details but when i received the products it is totally different from FB mention i dont need the product kindly refund the money asap
i pay for the 480 rupees but the product not look like a that amount
