Smashing Commerce — zoom lens not clear. blurred

Product was very low quality. through lens, i got very poor image, due to low quality lens. contacted several times through email. but they replayed by a ready made mail. no response to problem. i think its cheeting. fraud team.
lost my Rs 599. I need my money back or good quality product. this local lens is selling through other sites with about Rs 100

Product not work as it shown in video. Want to return.. i want to return my money back..

in video it shows very good ..
but today i reciev it.. and i checked it..
it did not look ok. and did not work properly as shown in video..

lence quality is very poor..
requesting you kindly please return it. and give my money back..
