Dear smc,
I vashisth rathi a citizen of surat city light area thereby whats to complain you about the street dogs living in our society. I am just fed up of them as they harass the other people and vehicles passing thereby. I am not able to study at night just because of them. I know they are living organisms and have there right to stay. I would just request you to move them to main roads from our society. It would be great if you help me out with my problem and hope that my problem would be resolved soon.
