I am from siddhgiri residency in surat. I want to complain regarding the issue of cats eating rats and spreading diseases here and one of my family me never got ill now due to the same. The dogs are also making so nuisance here and the cats have made it more worse....

I vashisth rathi a citizen of surat city light area thereby whats to complain you about the street dogs living in our society. I am just fed up of them as they harass the other people and vehicles passing thereby. I am not able to study at night just because of them.
