I have been contacted by SMC insurance agents calling themselves as Bharti Axa employees and later admitting as SMC employees, policy sold on false benefits and features, promises extra benefits and then falsely delaying to pretend and correct policy benefits as promised. Claiming delays as due to covid issues and even personal reasons to delay to avoid complaints and cancellation during free look period.

No fear of any tracking and supported by organization, they are working with big companies and duping many only to get commission
