This SMC company employees given me wrong information and mislead to me, i complaint many time with evidences but still SMC didn't taken any action against this fraud. may all will be involved in this scam....

I have been contacted by SMC insurance agents calling themselves as Bharti Axa employees and later admitting as SMC employees, policy sold on false benefits and features, promises extra benefits and then falsely delaying to pretend and correct policy benefits as promised. Claiming delays as due to covid issues and even personal reasons to delay to avoid complaints and cancellation during free look period.

No fear of any tracking...

I have taken policy ( bharti axa elite advantage) from SMC INSURANCE BROKERS PVT LTD on 1st of aug 2020 and Amount of Instalment Premium Rs. 37800.18 was paid on the same day (i.e. 1 aug 2020). I received the proposal form on 6/08/2020 and welcome kit on 14/08/2020, original policy is yet to be delivered.
And now it's been more than 3 months i am repeatedly requesting mr. Krishan ( former manager ) to cancel this policy because i didn't...

I have taken insurance policy from Smc Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd Agent code DB-272/4 for my vehicle now I dd not required the service from SMC insurance Brokers PVT LTD, I have called lots of time regarding NOC for the insurance to convert my policy to other Producer Code. But they denied to given NOC, they are not given NOC for the same. Please help us to provide the NOC from SMC insurance Brokers PVt LTd, 8 B, Daryagunj New Delhi-110002

This company is really a cheater i got a call that i am calling from bharti axa insurance and explain about the plan and other benefits they offer me but on later i knew it was not bharti axa it was cheater smc insurance

If i took a policy worth 50000/o of bharti axa i will get rs 300000/- family floater mediclaim insurance and 10% cash back of my premium amount i. E rs 5000/- but after six month passed i didn't get anything

This is how they cheats innocent customers so i request you don't deal in any mean that cheater smc group

First call I got from SMC Employee on[protected] and they were telling me they are from Bharti Axa and they have a good plan and plan name was Bharti axa life elite advantage plan.
They told me i will get many free cost of benefit from this plan like...
1. One holiday tour package (In or outside india) for 2 nights and 3...

I Dinkar prasad Patel My policy number[protected] .I had taken a policy of Bharti axa life advantage plan through smc brokers. When I was taken policy that time your policy selling person Mr. RAHUL Told me you can pay policy amount with Easy EMI ON your credit card & All charges, Taxes will refund you by Bharti axa life company. I was taken policy in month of may but still now not received any refund.When I receive my Welcome kit .I had requested for cancellation 13/07/19 through Rahul after 2 days I got a call from landline number she told your cancellation request taking & your cancellation request number is 2013010 .she tell after 15 days you will receive a message that will be confirm you your policy had cancelled and your amount will be credited to your pay source. but still no confirmation meassage received to me . Now I requested to you please refund amount or Cancel my policy. Now I calling Mr.Rahul he told me what you have prof I had told you for refund & Tours and you had requested for cancellation your cancellation period is overnow You continued your policy you have no option for cancellation This is biggest fraudwith me .They also promise me for 12 tour packages. Am attaching What's app chat about tour vouchers & EMI.&Am requesting you please cancel my policy and refund my amount. Thanking you

The complete detail of fraud i shared with ms. Pooja of smc insurance which were did by her company employees but no action yet taken by them.

As disscussed over the call today, please find the attached whatsapp chat and call recordings, the following terms breach by them, i m sharing you the name & no. Of the persons :

1. Ashish kumar tripathi mob no. +91-[protected], +91-[protected],
2. Ashok +91- [protected], [protected]
3. Bh yadav + 91-[protected]

They all confirmed all the benefits of over the policy which are not mentioned in the policy, further mr. Ashish & ashok also confirmed that policy premium paying terms is 12 years and the assured benefit after 12 years is rs.10, 28, 306 over the call (You can clearly hear over the call) but when i received the policy its again a fraud i need to pay 12 years and if i surrender after 12 year i will get only rs. 6, 12, 087/- its tremendous cheat done by smc employees i asked on the call again and again is it rs.10 lacs receivable after 12 year or end of 20th year and mr. Ashish said end of 12th year you get lifetime rs.60, 000 p. A. — this is the first fraud done by smc employees.

Do you think i m literate fool will pay rs. 52, 500/.- interest free for 12 years and after paying 12 year rs. 6 lacs will get back only 12, 087 as a return worse than saving bank interest.

The other benefits they provide over the above of the policy bond :
1. Two holiday tour package (In or outside india) every year (Consists of 4 people each tour)
2. Rs. 3, 00, 000 p. A/- health insurance/medical re-imbursement & rider benefit till policy enforced.
3. 10% discount on first year premium after that every year 5% discount of the premium amount paid get refunded to me.
4. Re-imburse credit card finance charges for year-1, i. E i paid today of rs. 52, 500/-

Out of these four benefit, i received the holiday tour package but i have not used till received all the benefits and other 3 benefits i have not received yet.

Pooja please forward the matter to your grievance department and confirm the time limit to resolve the matter other-wise i will complaint the same to bharti-axa life insurance, irdai and civil proceedings under section 420 of india penal code to get my hard-earned money back.

I will file the fraud case to bharti axa, if they also no take any strict action then will next higher authority but would not let them spare.

I received call saying that calling from bharti axa & there are some great offers & i bought 2 policies of bharti axa.. Some time later when i didn't receive any offer which told to me i called to that agent & he just replying to wait for some time... I am waiting from last 1year & didn't receive anything.. After checking bharti axa they also denied for such offers & ilost my 1lac rupees.. Later on i came to know that they are from smc insurance & not from bharti axa.. One lady kusum mishra & one person sanjog bhardwaj who cheated me.. Plz don't believe this company.

Dear sir / madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice a fraud committed by your broker or agent to me. I received a call from mr. Rawat dharam singh (Mob. [protected] & [protected]) on dated 22.11.2017 that i had an option to earn upto 20 lacs and for that i have to invest 20 % of the amount by the way of policy. He was from smc insurance. He told me to do so by merging my max life insurance policy to bharti axa and also by buying bharti axa elite advantage policy. Then i got call from priya sharma (Mob. [protected]) for the same. I did the same. I took one policy in my name and 3 other policy to make it 20% i. E. 4 lac rupees. Thereafter rawat dharam singh again called me to deposit rs. 5 lac more by way of bharti axa policy for release of the rs. 20 lacs. I bought more policies upto total rs. 9 lacs. Thereafter they fooled me by saying that money would be released in few days. Now from last 30 days they have stopped picking my phone. Now i have realized that i have been fooled.

All the policies are of bharti axa elite advantage policies. Now i want to cancel my policies and want repayment of my money paid which is around 9 lacs.

Smc insurance ltd is a fraud company who tries to offer personal loan and sells you insurance policy stating that you would recieve cashback of the premium paid.
My brother got a call from shikha stating that she wud provide personal loan from hdfc bank at 8.5% p. A. My brother has less knowledge of banking and loans and hence he agreed. Next was the proposal of purchasing insurance against personal loan offered which would get cashback...

Five (5) policies[protected], 17148681, 17225813, 17269197 &[protected] were mis-sold to me with a combined premium amount of Rs. 6, 26, 700/- PA. Commitment of deposit of amount for ATM machine installation purpose and was security/caution money. Now this is comes into regular policies and ICICI has asking for deposit of renewal premium. Since, I belong to salaried class, it is not possible for me to pay renewals for 7 years and the maturity of 15 years is also too lengthy for me. And I have paid all my savings and have taken credits/loan. You may find whole incident in detailed in next section that I have written step-by-step for your information please.

Therefore, I request you to kindly cancelled these existing policies and refund me my money. I was submitted written complaint/Grievance (No: 63868985, 64152157, 64152218, 64152263 &[protected] to ICICI, Bilaspur Branch, Chhattisgarh on 06.12.2013 (copy attached with letter) with voice recording of conversation (must listen) had with Mr. Sanjiv Bansal / Mr. Ravi Mehta (from SMC). I was requested to convert my policies in “Wealth Builder” policies. But I have received negative response (copy attached with letter) and unsuitable solution form ICICI.

I am working as "Manager Administration" in above mentioned company.I had raised a request to NDPL depatment, Grid Sub-station Building, Hudson Lines, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-110009, that we need the duplicate key of metre room to check the reading on daily basis to mantain our daily electricity consumption. Firstly i had request through telephonic chat to "Mr. Pradhan" ([protected]) NDPL employee, but after waisting around 10 days of my he gave me number of "Ms Ankita" ([protected])NDPL employee, or asked me that she's looking this matter so coordinate with her. March 21st/09 i sent a request through mail to "Ms Ankita" regarding the same but i have not received any kind of positive response from their end. I was doing follow-up for this issue with the NDPL but after a month again when i asked "Ms Ankita" for the keys, so she said that our senior refused your request. Senior name is "Mr. Shishir Singh", Sr. Manager ([protected]), when i aproched him so very rudely he refused my request or not ready to give any geniune reasons for refusal.When i asked him that i raised my request through mail, So if you are unable to solve are problem so kindly send me the mail and mentioned your reasons that on the behalf of these points you dont allow to issue a duplicate keys to us.But he's not ready to give any reason in written or very rudely refused my request.
I want to know that this is the professional way of NDPL to deal with the coustmers.This is totally irresponsible answer of Mr Shishir (Sr Manager).
I am requesting you to kindly see this matter or either we have rights to get the keys or not but is this the way to handle coustmers query or their requests.
