Smiles.ai is the dental clinic and we approached them for invisible allingner but even before knowing it can be done or not they have charged the whole amount Rs 46, 406 through my credit card. Then they told its not possible to allign the concerned person's teeths and they told they'll refund the amount but only after 2 months after constant follow ups the refund has been made but in between that i have been charged with min due which i need to pay and debit interest is been charged now of Rs 3275.81 due to their late refund. I want the refund of Debit interest charged by bank from that organization. They are not responding properly. Arunsricharan is the chennai Dc head of Smiles.ai and Dr. Harish the person who treated and requested for whole payment and Ahim is the sales person dealing with the refund issue.
