Veraval municipal corporation is very poor service provider. I had just one small work there which was to apply for reissue birth certificate in English. But at first they told it will take upto 8 days and then they told they will issue but it will be manual. Now junagadh, Jamnagar and Rajkot these all other municipalities are giving printed birth certificates even if the record is old. And at same day. Then why can Veraval municipal can not issue it? They are taking benefits of their position to harass the general public. I am coming from all the way to Junagadh specially for my birth certificate and they donât think that it is important to do it as I did not offer any money. They want me to come back after few days !!! What kind of people are being recruited in government services?
