SMPK — BUS wont come and they wont inform for bus cancellation

This people wont inform you, if the bus cancelled. I have booked ticket in this travel and waited around 3 hours, and called them for 1 out of 10 call they used to attend my call and inform like there is problem in RDO and tax problem, we will reach you in 10 min and cut my call. And again i used to call around 10 times they attend the call and informed me like we are nearing you, will reach you soon so. but they again not responding my call. So guys pls dont book your ticket through this travels.
