bus booking related

I have booked smpk ac sleeper bus from banglore to coimbatore on 29th september 2017 11.55pm through redbus. But the arrived bus is non ac sleeper. What i have to do? I payed the amount for ac sleeper and provided non ac. The bus was already late by one and a half hour late. They should be punished.
Please take necessary action. I want my money back.

worst service from smpk

I have booked tickets to my parents today, where the departure time of the bus is by 2.20 as per the ticket & madiwala is boarding point what we have choosed. Its already 5.15 pm, we have no clue where the bus is. They keeps saying bus will arrival shortly, within 10 mins & 15 mins. But my poor parents are awaiting last 3hrs on road. Is this company service is really required?

This people wont inform you, if the bus cancelled....

The worst service ever seen

Booked the bus on 11 Mar 2016 and the departure time is 11:55 pm. It's almost 12:45 midnight now still the bus didn't arrive. No response on calling the customer support or contact number....

This people wont inform you, if the bus cancelled. I have booked ticket in this travel and waited around 3 hours, and called them for 1 out of 10 call they used to attend my call and inform like there is problem in RDO and tax problem, we will reach you in 10 min and cut my call. And again i used to call around 10 times they attend the call and informed me like we are nearing you, will reach you soon so. but they again not responding my call....

Worst Service

I have booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai with a cost of 899. . . There is no neatness in the bus. Urin smile coming and the curtains are not good and very ugly. . .
Very worst traveling night i spend in my entire carrier. . Please this will help full for you...

Cancelled the Bus, rescheduled to Double fair

I have booked 2 tickets ( Rs 450 each ticket )Bangalore to Coimbatore bus in SMPK travels for 24th Dec 2014. Booking was done online 20 days back. I have got a call from SMPK on 22nd Dec stating this bus has got canceled and the amount will be refunded. Later I started searching other travels in Online all are high in priced, few hours later I could see SMPK travels same timing bus with high price tag Rs1200. They have purposely canceled...

Ticket

TS-ABB11435802XUP was my ticket in SMPK travels from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 14thDec, 2014. It was a semi sleeper at 10:30 PM. When I was to board the bus last night the person who checks insisted that there was no Semi-Sleeper offered by SMPK travels( inspite of me showing him the confirmed m-ticket details) and I had to travel in another travels. On enquiring about the refund no proper response from the travels end....

Bus did not come, and false claims by operators

One day I booked a bus ticket with redbus.in, from Bangalore to Coimbatore, the bus operator was SMPK travels. The bus was scheduled at 10:50 PM Electronic City. Cancellation of Bus without prior intimation
