We booked a flat in smr vinay endeavour, Hoodi Bangalore.We paid all money according to agreement and got the flat registered.Now the builder is asking for another 60, 000/- rs for giving possession of flat.He says he will not give possession of flat without paying that amount.
The said amount was not mentioned anywhere in the agreement or informed before hand.Now he is holding back our flats and not giving them till we pay 60, 000/- Was this information helpful? |
