We booked a flat in smr vinay endeavour, Hoodi Bangalore.We paid all money according to agreement and got the flat registered.Now the builder is asking for another 60, 000/- rs for giving possession of flat.He says he will not give possession of flat without paying that amount.
The said amount was not mentioned anywhere in the agreement or informed before hand.Now he is holding back our flats and not giving them till we pay 60, 000/-...

Dear friends,
i am staying in block-1, SMR VINAY CITY, MIYAPUR, HYDERABAD. I've purchased the flat in 2006 june.
i need to appriciate the builder for his excellence in creating such a wonderful project. vinay city is the only project in twin cities to have such a wonderful cricket ground, basket ball court, tennis court, excellent swimming pool.
my kid is enjoying alot with the beautiful children...
