SMR Infotech — Complaint regarding unfulfilled services and refund request

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally request a full refund of INR 9, 990, which was deducted from my account on 06.09.2024 after a call from an SMR Infotech agent regarding your services. Despite receiving an email with a list of services, I have not received any actual services as promised.

After waiting for 1-2 weeks without receiving any services, I contacted the agent and informed them that I no longer wished to use the services and requested a refund. However, the agent assured me that I would receive a discount code within 1-2 days instead. Despite their assurance, I have not received any discount code or any further communication.

I have also attempted to reach your customer helpline via What`app ([protected]), but I have not received any response. Given the lack of service delivery and response, I am now formally requesting a full refund of INR 9, 990 at the earliest.

If my refund is not processed within [mention reasonable time, e.g., 7-10 business days], I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further by lodging a consumer complaint with the relevant authorities.

I request your prompt attention to this matter and expect a written confirmation regarding my refund request as soon as possible.
