I am writing to formally request a full refund of INR 9, 990, which was deducted from my account on 06.09.2024 after a call from an SMR Infotech agent regarding your services. Despite receiving an email with a list of services, I have not received any actual services as promised.

After waiting for 1-2 weeks without receiving any services, I contacted the agent and informed them that...

Immediately I got a msg from axis bank it seems suspicious when I paid 9990 to them through razor pay but I didn't received any thing from them. Pls help me to refund the amount.

They are calling from different different numbers and forcing me to do one time payment of 9990 otherwise it will be added to my credit card and reflect on cibil score. When I paid them for the services after they switched off all the numbers and also helpline number is switched off. I have paid them and they cheated on me no vouchers no contact they are just scamsters I called my bank and got the details and they said that SMR infotech is the merchant who got my 9990/- and I am complaining to them. I have worked hard for that money i have earned please return that and don’t sell there gateways to anybody they have to keep tracks of the payment gateway users. So that these fraudulent would be stopped.30000

They called me and said to me that I am from axis bank and forcing me to do a one-time payment of 9990 otherwise it will be added to my credit card, I did that and they said you can cancel these services at any time and get your refund. then I called and said I want to cancel these services and please refund my amount and they said ok mam after 1 year to get your refund so I was waiting and then after 10 months 3 ma 2022 they called me and...

Last year they called saying it is a credit card offer, so i took it an dpaid 9900/- later they did not provided any service so i said refund my money, so they said if you don't use the service it will refunded back automatically in your account which never happened. later this year they called me saying that if you don't renew the service we will put a cancellation of 46000/- per year till 2030. i had to renew the as it was a blackmail call.i saw so many complaints registered on them. total paid amount 9900, 9900.they don;t provide any service don't even reply to anything they have cheated me badly please help. they said come to hariyana office but i can see they have so many offices

Company claimed to provide life time holiday vouchers, discount card, couple movie voucher, cashback coupons etc. after taking INR 9990.

However, they promised to refund amount after 1 year if services are not taken but they did not and further demanded INR 9990 for 1 more year.

They also tortured by saying that if amount not deposited then INR 35000 would be auto debited from visa card. They claimed to be speaking...

i wasn't intrested to bought voucher like this. they pressurise me and told me that this your axis bank credit card one assist service and compulsary to purchase. when i told him to reject this voucher they told me to pay 10000 penalty for canclation vocher
so please help in this matter

I bought a voucher worth 9990rs/- for shopping, dining, and holiday on the condition that I will not use the voucher for one year, and they will refund the paid amount and I will return all my vouchers to the company. But, when I said the same to the caller. She was like the coupons and vouchers were not activated, so it's not eligible for a refund. Either we have to renew or pay the due amount of 46000 RS/-. This is plain extortion.

Last year in September 2020 these people call my dad saying they have a offer for my dad’s credit card about some tourism package even after denying for the package they charged us and after 1 year they are now not agreeing for refund of ₹9990 which they said if we don’t use the package then they will refund.
Not sure how to get this sorted I have raised it up against the bank for sorting this fraud

They are telling me that they are form visa and master services and I have some voucher and vacation offer when I declined they start forcing me to do the payment and they told me that the money will be auto debited from your account even they know how many cards I am using. I don't they hands on my details that is personal to me only. This is the reason every one getting in this scam because they are getting the details from inside or you...

Today I got a call from SMR Infotech (Anjali Kohli M.No. [protected]) and asked me to pay 9990 on a link. They offered me some free gift and free vouchers.
when I refuges she started harsh language. if I not paid said amount then I have to pay bout 11580/- quaterly and 46320/- annualy for cancellation fee which is directly credited from my credit card without my consent.

I bought a holiday membership service from SMR INFOTECH, it is unbelievable, first, i did not believe that on 70% off i will get so many services in very competitive prices, thanks to team SMR INFOTECH, i have also recommended this to my relatives and friends and they all are having great reviews. once again thanks to SMR INFOTECH...

Got a call from this SMR infotech and were forcing for me to take this offer worth 9990/- and also after refusing the same they were not ready to listen and kept and forcing and told there are many offers and gifts regarding this prepaid card. And kept on forcing you should take this you should take and deducted the amount of 9990/- and after that no one to response. Kindly look into it a humble request....

This is pure cheating. Two years back one of the credit card was offered at rs.6500 and along with some gifts and vouchers were sent as a promotional offer.

Now they are saying you have selected for the same to continue and you have to pay for rs 8490 or rs 11200.

Now matter visa denying that they not offered credit card, they were offered visa master card.
Company not providing any mail. All they do on phone call.
What to do if the payment is credited on account?

They have called me from number - [protected]. They were knowing my full name. Address. They said they were service merchant resolution infotech company and that they are master visa service provider. They were selliny a discount card with 5 benefits for which they said they were collecting a service tax of 7990. They sent me a link in a message and were instructing to open the link when i said i was uncomfortable sending card details to a link then they gave an option of internet banking but when i tried to login through another paytm link which they had sent my bank advised me not to pay through a link so i discontinued the call.
