They called me and said to me that I am from axis bank and forcing me to do a one-time payment of 9990 otherwise it will be added to my credit card, I did that and they said you can cancel these services at any time and get your refund. then I called and said I want to cancel these services and please refund my amount and they said ok mam after 1 year to get your refund so I was waiting and then after 10 months 3 ma 2022 they called me and said to me your service file is going to cancel and you have to pay cancellation charges of rs 54000 if you don't want to pay that amount so you have to pay 9990 and I said I already apply for cancellation and you guys said to me after 1 year I will get my refund and then they said I don't know this you didn't activate your services if you don't renew the service we will put a cancellation of 46000/- per year till 2030. it was a blackmail call and then I have to pay again 9990rs and then this time I activate my all services and they gave me to activate the number and told me please take care of this number after 1 year with the help of this number I can get the amount back but after 6 months this 10th Dec 2022 they called and again blackmail to me for the same amount and they said if I didn't pay the 54000 rs auto debit to my credit card I feel this is like a loop I really don't understand what I do now.
