SMR Infotech — Unethical behavior and threatened me for making payment

Today I got a call from SMR Infotech (Anjali Kohli M.No. [protected]) and asked me to pay 9990 on a link. They offered me some free gift and free vouchers.
when I refuges she started harsh language. if I not paid said amount then I have to pay bout 11580/- quaterly and 46320/- annualy for cancellation fee which is directly credited from my credit card without my consent.

this is pure cheating. one year back one of the service was offered at Rs.8700 and along with some gifts and vouchers were sent as a promotional offer.

now they are saying you have selected for the same to continue and you have to pay for Rs 9990 or Rs 11580.
