Smsfresh.co.in — after receive the amount people are not responding

We had registered in smsfresh.co.in, for sms marketing and also watsupp marketing, smsfresh.co.in employee one of the person he is interacting with us and we sent the money through google pay for sms and watsup sms...for marketing purpose...but these people before receiving the money so many time they called us after receiving the money he said he sent msgs through sms pack which is customers are still not received...after that whatsup msg he said that also he sent but still no one customers are received msgs through watsup ...fraud people and they had cheated us, they promised to give 10000 watsup msgs and 10000 msgs...but sms delivered report is showing but no one receiviing bulk watsup or normal msgs...we paid on 1300 for sms pack january 21 paid.1800 for watup jan 23 19 paid...simply collecting the money with customers but promised service is not providing please look farward about this issue
