Sn Builders — need refund from project medtiya raviraj sn builder

Dear sir/ madam,

We booked 2 flat on april 2015 in medtiya raviraj, deepak hospital road, ideal park, bhayander
East. They assured that they will complete there project by 2016 december end. After dec 2016 they
Again given assurance that project gets complete by dec 2017 end. Now we got know that the project will
Gets start by october 2017 and will be completed by 2021. Now when we call them they not replying our
Call or any messages. We want to cancel our flat and we already spoke with the builder of meditiya
Raviraj that if project not get's complete by dec 2017 end we need our money back cause we have to
Shift any how from rented flat to our own house and they given assurance that they will refund if
Project not gets end by dec 2017 but now no body attend our call and not even gets present at the
Project site. Please we need your support to get my money back. We already given token amount of rs
1200000/- for 2 flats in 2015. We have bank statement under medtiya raviraj account name and also the
Original token money slip with us.
