[Resolved]  Snapde — need refund for the shoes I bought

I bought nike airmax 2017 all colour green running shoes on snapdeal website and i returned them back but i'm not having any information that when will i get my refund back. There no option for providing my bank details also. I'm not able to talk to any customer care executive about this issue.
The refund request was sent on 6th dec 2018.
If i can have a conversation with any customer executive then that would be helpful kindly provide me some numbers.
