I got a call from a man saying he is from snapdeal and said that i won a car or can get money instead of the car. He told me to give my bank account no or pay registration fee, for proof he send photo of his aadhar card. I just checked aadhar no on google and saw its fake. I hope no one falls for such fake prizes n snapdeal please make a way out for this, be careful

      Good afternoon, I have bought one product form snapdeal on 02.03.2017 and I have return it to the seller on 14.03.2017 . Because, the product was damaged. The product reached to the On 17.03.2017 and allso it was quality verified by the seller 17.03.2017 and approved to the refund on 21.03.2017 then, they received my transaction bank account details from me for refund process(17.03.2018). But, suddenly, they are cancelled the refund process and they are not provide for any replacement or refund still now and allso they are blocked all my account details. If I contact them they are not giving any proper response or solution to me.i have attached all the details of products with this mail to you. So, kindly, help me for replacement or refund. It's my humble request to you.

          Ordered the set about a week ago. Status shows that delivery was unsuccessful thrice but nobody showed up to the house on any of the scheduled delivery dates. My order id is [protected]. Still waiting for the courier to show up to my house. Address details were pretty accurate. No reason for them to not find the address. Starting to think that the product will not be delivered.

                  I purchased a prestige jmg champ 550 3 juicer mixer grinder through snapdeal vide invoice no. Sf6d30/280 dated 13.03.2018. The order was placed on 12.03.2018 and product was delivered on 16.03.2018.
                  This is to inform you that product was received in damaged condition. One lock of the product is totally broken.
                  I made a request for return as per policy on the vary same day through snapdeal apps but the item was not picked up for return. Despite of picking the product my request is being rescheduled so many times since the day of my complaint/delivery. Recently, pickup was scheduled for 23.03.2018. Till today i. E. 24.3.2018 product has not been picked up.
                  You are requested to look into the matter please.

                      I had ordered overtech k688 keyboard mouse combo (White) order id-[protected] which got delivered to me on 15 march 2018 but i received a black one also i was not satisfied with the product. So i initiated a returned sequence on the very same day. I was given the ticket id 46389377. Pick up person came and picked up the same on 17 march.
                      After 2 days i got a mail saying, i was denied refund from your side saying that the quality check criteria does not met as some part of the order happened to be missing. I am quite sure that i packed all contents including dongle. So i mailed them to look into the matter on 21 march saying there might be a miscommunication from your side. The next day i received a call saying that the dongle was missing and they canceled my refund, i claimed that this must be a mistake from your side. But they return the parcel back to me.
                      Today i received keyboard and mouse without dongle which is of no use to me. This is totally my loss because of their carelessness.

                        ECom courier ne mujhe fir se call kiya, wha pahucha to repeatedly wahi story fir ban gai. Mujhe kaha gaya ki hum abhi bhi isko receive pick ni karenge becoz hume snapdeal se guidance proper nahi mila hai, aap sham tak wait kijiye fir batayenge iko pick up karna hai ya nahi?

                          I have ordered 7 dress material from snapdeal on 7 th march 2018 order number [protected] amounting to rs.3538.. I received the products on 12th march 2018.. When i opened the parcel i noticed that the product shown on site and actual product ia very different.. The quality is also very bad hence i returned the product in just two days of delivery.. After 8 days i received an email from. Snapdeal saying the material doesnt meet their quality check standards hence ther wont be any refund.. How can it be different i have not even opend the folded material returned as it is.. If the product was different how did your courier person pick the parcel he should have refused to pick up.. I need my refund immediatly.. I buy so many items online from other sites and i understand the return polucy very well never been cheated like this from other shopping sites this was a worst experience shopping with snapdeal. I need my refund immediatly and close the matter here itself.

                                    I have ordered ordered 3 combo set shoes for kid on snap deal website on 25-02-18 & i paid 990 INR with debit card, they delivered the item on 01-03-18. after opening the package i received only 2 sets of shoes with different color which was not selected by me. so immediately i initiated refund & next day the snap deal pickup person took the package. later i got message on 07-03-18 your amount 990 INR credited to your bank account & it will credit in 7 to 10 working days. but till date i am not received any money into my account. i tried to contact snap deal many times but there are not maintaining customer care to talk with any executive, i emailed them with my bank statement proof, today called me & telling to ask in bank only we have transferred amount, you have to check with bank only. i went to bank checked the same. they are telling there is no issue with your account. please ask snap deal only. this snap deal cheaters are not responding & always telling the same story. i am enclosing my latest bank statement for your reference please help me out in this issue to get back my refund amount.

                                      I have received one envelop on yesterday i.e[protected]. There is a letter, one winner certificate of winning Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 and one scratch card of Rs. 10, 00, 000.00 with Snapdeal name and logo. One helpline number was mentioned there [protected]. I talked with them and they told me to send my name, received letter ref. no. and the scratch card sms code on sms to above mentioned number. I have sent all those thereafter they called me to send my bank account number, ifsc code, bank name and branch name. I have also sent sms to above mentioned number. They told me the amount Rs. 11, 00, 000.00 will credited to my account on this Monday i.e[protected].

                                      As per my understanding with reference to the voice and way of talking of the person whom I talked with above mentioned number is 100% fraud agency. But how can that agency got my information i have provided with Snapdeal. It means snapdeal system is not full proof to maintain the confidentiality of customer data base.

                                      I would like to request to Snapdeal to investigate the agency who are doing fraud in the name of Snapdeal and upgrade the system so that customer's information shouldn't be shared with any third party fraud agency.

                                      Now a days its very easy to investigate with above mentioned number belongs to whom and tracking actual user who is talking. But it is possible if Snapdeal wish to investigate else customer will not trust Snapdeal.

But so far nothing has happened. First there was an issue with one tvs remote, now there is a failure with another tv.
