I paid Rs. 269/- by Paytm to Jaxtakart for Nokia Mobile Battery BL4C (Order No.423633) on 20.04.19. The order was successfully confirmed. Payment was acknowledge by the Jaxtakart. I am waiting for delivery of my order. Till date the product is not dispatch.
I write the mail to customer care ([email protected]) on 23.04.19 and requested to dispatch my order immediate or cancel my order because there is no option to cancel the order in Jaxtakart online shoping site. I did not receive any response from the company. I want my order or refund.

I had ordered a micromax canvas 4 a210 battery from jaxtacart. Order # 413275. The picture displayed on site was of the original battery. What i received was a duplicate that did not even work once. I had paid 399 for the product. Just after ordering i saw so many complaints against the company and products - but too late. Readers / customers please caution yourself - jaxtakart sells duplicate and non working items while displaying original on the site and is defrauding unsuspecting customers. They have not refunded money to anyone only offering to exchange with other duplicate stuff....

Order lying at delivery hub since sunday, but is not being delivered, the person for whom i had ordered the product would be leaving for his home town and then the product won't be required any more. The no. Of dtdc showing on there site is not responding neither your no is responding if you can get it delivered by tommorow noon then please do otherwise tracking id is (X[protected] order no. Is #418298 dt 3rd apr. Where it was mentioned gelivery 7 - 10 working days. I presume that time has lapsed could you kindly ensure delivery....

I purchased a lephone w9 battery from jaxtakart.com by rs. 399/- on 01/04/2019 from net banking and order is verified and the said amount also deducted from my account but they didn't shipping or dispatched my product till the date i. E 05/04/2019. They aren't show the status of my order and tracking of order. If i search on tracking order they said that your product is not shipped yet we will dispatch shortly. Order id #417462. Order no 412990, dated 18.03 2019 from Jaxatakart.Com amounting 418 (389+express delivery charge 29) not delivered till now.Despite paying express delivery charge of 29 .Customer care guy not sure when will it b dispatch and when asked for refunding amount they denied and not refunding money also.Horrific and frustrating.
They are saying we will dispatch it soon.I don't know that for what reason they charged Rs 29 as express delivery when they can't delivery in 10 days time also.
Is this not cheating ....

I order a premium lava pixel v1 battery.
From last 10 days i am seeing the same message on "track order page"that my product has not been shipped. There is no update.
They promise to ship the product within 3 business day and deliver it within 7days for express delivery. But its not so.
I have already sent 4 mails to them on their email [email protected] but i got no reply from the jaxtakart team. I tried calling but they dont pickup the phone and switch it off later onn
Once they picked up the call and for 45 secs i kept on saying hello...

I ordered a krabon k9 eco battery. Due to unavailability, they dispatched different product which i denied and asked for a full refund. After so many emails and talk over a phone and pursuance of this matter, i was told that my refund will be initiated asap. I have not received my refund even after 3 months and i have been promised by thier staff sangeet and sarfraz that i will receive refund soon.
I am seeking a full refund asap...

I ordered a microsoft lumia 535 battery model: bl-l4a on 04-march-2019. They said order is confirmed and messaged me about order confirmation. Now 13 days over. Till now i didn't get any confirmation message about shipping. I tried contact them through email provided, but no response. I already payed through debit card. I ordered a battery from jaxtakart and the battery is charging very slowly and it takes more than 30 hours to charge and when the battery reaches 35% then it automatically came to be 0%.
I complaint to the jaxtakart then they told me to mail me the screenshot of battery graph and i sent the mail then also i didn't get any response and i paid rs359 for the battery.
Please help me to come out from this problem....

On 26/01/2019 i ordered the above complaint subject for rs.191.00, order id 397570. On 11/02/2019, i received a package by courier, which contained according to jaxtakart an alternative product, high quality universal mobile headphones, which i did not order or want.
I have now repeatedly written a few e-mails to jaxtakart, to make arrangements to have the wrongly delivered product to be picked up, so that they can resend me the correct ordered item or alternately refund my money, if the ordered product is unavailable/out of stock.
Jaxtakart has refused so far tocomply....

I ordered a mobile battery on 13 feb. After 1 week they said they dont have product and offered a china headphone in substitute. They refused refund.
I have registered a complain on consumer affairs website.
Dont accept the box in courier as it might be empty or a different product.
And once you accept you stuck with it running behind customer service which never respond...

I purchased Samsung ON5 Pro battery online on 2 Feb 2019 from Jaxtacart by paying Rs. 450 on credit card. On 14th Feb i received Samsung ON5 Pro battery vide order no. 399718. The battery is dead (does not charge even after 1 hour) I lodged a complaint with them on 14th Feb. In reply they told me to send pic of the battery which i did send. There is no response from Jaxtacart after registering complaint. I have asked for refund & to arrange to collect the battery from my address. I just want refund. Plz help...

They delivered a wrong product as well as defective product. I ordered a selfie stick with tripod and bluetooth shutter. Tripod was missing from the product. The bluetooth shutter is defective and not working even aftet replaced new battery cell. They did not responded after several complaint emails. Their website doesn't have return option. I request everyone not to order from this cheat etailer....

I ordered Lenovo battery Model no. BL-210 . I recieved the battery but it does not fit the moblie . I gave them the complaint over phone to which they replied that they'll exchange the battery, and asked to send an email enclosing the battery image depicting the problem caused. and further said that reply shall be received within 24-48 hours .
But its been 15 days now that i have been sending them multiple mails but they havent replied to one single mail.

When trying the customer care number it's always busy....

I have purchase one product by making online payment from this site bearing order no-401586 on dated 7-02-19 but till date the product is not yet shipped, regarding this issue i have mail several times but no response is received yet and busy tone is received from the provided phone number. Apart from this no cancel option is available in this site.

Sending a faulty product is your mistake so why i need to bear the cost of sending it back. My 1st order with you & not happy with the service.
