I order a shirt from snapdeal on 24th may i got it by 29th may somehow i don’t like the fabric so i raise a return request and got a message that item will be pickedup by 30th may but on 30th may i didnt got any call from courier service and in evening i got a message that i am unreachable and incomplete address then i called snapdeal and they rescheduled on 31st may again same thing happen didnt get any call but in evening i got a message i am unreachable and incomplete address then i again call snapdeal they rescheduled for 1june and also updated my address again with secondary phone numbers but again didnt get any call and few hour later got a message i am unreachable and incomplete address then i call again they just rescheduled again for 2nd june but same thing happen then i called again and asked to connect to a senior executive they
arrange a call back from senior executive and got a call in next 10-15 min they told me that I rescheduled again for 3rd june and this time for sure item will be picked up
But again nothing happen
