Snapgrand — delivered memory card faulty one and fake one

Sir,
I shaik bought a 64gb memory card form a site called snapgrand they gave me a damaged product of samsung. I tried to contact them but there phone number is not valid and they don't answer mails. Recently i got in touch with some of its customers they all have the same damaged product that i have therefore i accuse them as frauds. I and 3 other customers demand for our refund. And in my opinion if the reader orders from that site he would receive a fake and damaged product. Therefore i beg you to please look into that...
