Snapmint.com — paid for product today no response from company

I did an down payment of 3300 for redmi note 7 pro for 3 month emi of 4400 each month.. After reading reviews i just contacted the website as my order was still showing verification pending.. I don't think so verification takes that much time.. I placed an order around 7 am.. Their login times starts from 10 am.. I think so my application should be processed till now but they said within 24 hour they gonna provide me tracking number.. I understand there might be a lot of customers like me so let's wait for 24 hours or let them respond.. With the help of this platform i just want the website to contact me and clear by doubt that i'm gonna get my product deliver for sure else i'm gonna get refund.. I need assurity because these reviews have puzzled me.
