[Resolved]  Snapstore — Not delivering my order and also not cancelling it

This was my first experience shopping with them and it was really not great. I had placed an order on 28th June through Snapstore app and that is a prepaid order. I did not receive any email or message for the order confirmation. Also I cannot see it in the app orders section. Tried to contact them through DM, and they asked me to drop an email to their support team. Did so, but haven't received any response to that email, not even acknowledgement. I again tried to contact them, and they are asking me to wait for 24hrs even after giving all the details of the transaction. This is surely not a pleasant experience, and I will definitely not recommend this to anyone. I commented on this post yesterday as well, but they deleted my comment instead of replying to it.
Please give me my money back if you can't give information on my order or deliver it. Seriously pathetic behavior 😑. I am not asking them to either cancel my order or refund the order. They don't want to refund my money.
