Not delivering my product since a month.

I ordered a canvas from snapstore on 3rd april. Now today it is 29thApril and the product is not delivered. When i am asking them about my product they are just asking me to wait. It's been almost a month now. No mail from their side. And when i asked for refund they are just ignoring my messages.

This was my first experience shopping with them and it was really not great. I had placed an order on 3rd January through Snapstore app and that is a prepaid order. I did not receive any email or message for the order confirmation. Also I cannot see it in the app orders section. Tried to contact them through DM, and they asked me to drop an email to their support team. Did so, but haven't received any response to that email, not even acknowledgement. I again tried to contact them, and they are not even responding and with my stupidity I again ordered and did transaction total transactions I did is two of 352rs This is surely not a pleasant experience, and I will definitely not recommend this to anyone.
Please give me my money back if you can't give information on my order or deliver it. Please refund my money 🙏🙏🙏

I have got wrong delivery and I am going to complain about you fraud people if you don't do this soon because anyone can misuse our photos and this is wrong if you don't do this you are gonna face worst issue because I am going to complain and you don't know what I can do so do this as soon as possible. This photos below are not mine I wanted to surprise my person and because of your mistake this ha happened and you are gonna face worst issues. THIS ARE NOT MY PHOTOS.

Not received my order neither showing any detail in my order after checkout.
So yesterday I book a snapbook of worth rupees 149+gst+delivery charges.
After payment through Gpay checkout page shows payment unsuccessfull but they debited rs 235.
Now there is no product detail on MY ORDERS AND NEITHER they refund my money back

This was my first experience shopping with them and it was really not great. I had placed an order on 28th June through Snapstore app and that is a prepaid order. I did not receive any email or message for the order confirmation. Also I cannot see it in the app orders section. Tried to contact them through DM, and they asked me to drop an email to their support team. Did so, but haven't received any response to that email, not even acknowledgement. I again tried to contact them, and they are asking me to wait for 24hrs even after giving all the details of the transaction. This is surely not a pleasant experience, and I will definitely not recommend this to anyone. I commented on this post yesterday as well, but they deleted my comment instead of replying to it.
Please give me my money back if you can't give information on my order or deliver it. Seriously pathetic behavior 😑. I am not asking them to either cancel my order or refund the order. They don't want to refund my money.

not refunding the amount and not sending ordered item

I have ordered a photo book in snapstore app with Order Id : 452639 on November 21 I have paid Rs. 222 online but on 22 November I got a mail from SnapStore admin to place another order on cash on delivery because my uploaded file has some java errors, they said they will make this order as prepaid one but the delivery man is asking me to pay cash to receive. I have mailed my concerns to admin but I have not received my refund and also my parcel. I'm having all the proofs of mail conversation with admin. I have paid the amount but they are not sending my parcel and not refunding my amount also. It has been a month .They are not responding to my mails.

I have ordered a photo frame of my kid on 14-jul-2019. I didn't received any update of order confirmation, after 2 emails they updated me the order with id. (# 284351). Then after so many emails (Only way of communication with the seller - weird) they sent me shipping details. On 23-jul-2019 we received the product with the frame damaged totally. The same day i have sent email again about the product and asked for replacement and they replied on 25-july-2019 asking for paytm details for refund. (Refund with not including taxes) anyway i said to proceed. Till now (06-aug-2019) no replies. I'm tired of sending emails to seller. Even i sent email to the app developer who replied me on playstore for the rating i given.
