I have visited Sneakers Cop Instagram Page (https://www.instagram.com/sneakerscop.co.in/?hl=en) and from their website which is mentioned in their Bio, I added two pairs of shoes to my cart for purchase. After I proceeded for checkout, the page asked me to make the payment via BHIM UPI and a UPI ID was mentioned. I copied that ID and made the payment of INR 1398 from my UPI ID. However, when I went back to their website, there was no order confirmation, neither via SMS, email or on their website. My cart was still the same and the website was asking me to make the payment again. I have DMed Sneakers Cop on their Instagram handle (https://www.instagram.com/sneakerscop.co.in/?hl=en) but they haven't responded. I have even sent them an inquiry email on [protected]@sneakerscop.co.in but no response. I request you to help me get the refund of the payment which I made. Was this information helpful? |
