Ordered a spot of sneakers. They said shipping charges are free. Had paid the money for the order but after ordering the company asking for 349 rs more shipping charges for order to be confirmed.

Want a refund but the customer service number does not exist

I have ordered for 3 pair of shoes and made the payment through Paytm on 4/7/2022 at 6:29 pm but I have not recieved the confirmation yet.

They took full payment in advance for 2 pairs of shoes. Then, they asked for additional shipping fess to get the order confirmed. But, no order confirmation received. They create fake Instagram profiles fir customer reviews.
Even contact numbers provided by them are fake.
It is a fraud company. Please be aware.

I have Paid Rs.930/- along with Rs.149/- as courier charges for the shoes but no confirmation got from their side. And they not picking up the call on Instagram and their number is also not reachable. Even that they are not responding in mails also. This is a total scam.

As I ordered 2 shoes they charge 1448 for 2 shoes as well as 349 for delivery charges but no confirmation on the order received. My all money is gone now but order has been received yet. Kindly take an appropriate action and help us with this fraud scam people.

No reply, no order confirmation, scammed and took the money away.

They have recieved our money and they are not sending any confirmation

There is a Instagram page (sneakerscop.co.in) where they are branded shoes in a cheap price. Can say a first copy we’re people have money shortage can go check but be aware. After choosing any shoes from the website... (https://sneakerscop.co.in/index.php/shop-2/) ... they have provide on their Instagram bio and then going to the payments, you will be charged an amount of 99rs for shipping, after doing those payments, they will ask you 348 more mentioning that money as the courier chargers have been up because of Covid. After those payments you must be thinking now will get an order details but no. The page remains on the same side and
will never receive an order details as they don’t send you any confirmation. Address on the site as well as number doesn’t exists

I had ordered the sneaker but as soon as the payment was done there was no response from them, and all the number and info provied on site is invalid

I have visited Sneakers Cop Instagram Page (https://www.instagram.com/sneakerscop.co.in/?hl=en) and from their website which is mentioned in their Bio, I added two pairs of shoes to my cart for purchase. After I proceeded for checkout, the page asked me to make the payment via BHIM UPI and a UPI ID was mentioned. I copied that ID and made the payment of INR 1398 from my UPI ID. However, when I went back to their website, there was no order confirmation, neither via SMS, email or on their website. My cart was still the same and the website was asking me to make the payment again. I have DMed Sneakers Cop on their Instagram handle (https://www.instagram.com/sneakerscop.co.in/?hl=en) but they haven't responded. I have even sent them an inquiry email on [protected]@sneakerscop.co.in but no response. I request you to help me get the refund of the payment which I made.

I ordered a shoe of rupees 998...and then
a shipping amount of ruppes 348 will send to another qr code...and now there is no order placed but the amount is debited from my account...no message will received

I've placed order for 3 pair of shoes on 'Apr 25, 2022' via (https://sneakerscop.co.in/) Payment was made via Google pay. However after making the payment another page popped up saying to pay courier charges using a QR code, post which nothing happens. There was no order confirmation. The contact number on website +91 [protected] doesn't work. No response from Email : [protected]@sneakerscop.co.in

After checking for the warehouse address as mentioned on website i.e; "22, A, A-1, Shah & Nahar Indl Est, S J Mg, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 13', I am shocked to learn that this is a scam and many other people have fallen prey to this.

I ordered shoes form sneaker cops online shopping store for 1500 and i haven't received any confirmation email from sneaker cops and no one is replying to call msg email anything.

I've ordered three pairs of sneakers from Sneakerscop.co.in and I have paid them through UPI, and the amount is 1898RS and I have the transaction id too and the transaction id is 133427 But they haven't confirmed order. So I want you to take strict action against this fraud company and if possible try to get back our hard earned money sir.
