Hi team,
I had purchased the tv from the snehanjali stores one year ago... Of the lg 32". Since the tv purchase i had called up you technicians 3 times for the display issue to due manufacturing defect piece provided from your end. I am writing this bcoz i am very much frustrated. See the technicians visits and feedback...
1st time : came and repaired the tv, however tv worked for next 10 days and same issue started (Display gone blank)
2nd time: technician came and changed some part of the display and gone away tv worked for 3 months. He told to extend the warranty, but due to some tragic demises & we were unable to do at that instant, technician informed we can extend till 1.5 years
3rd time : tv was not working at all, technician came and asked for the money rs:300 for the opening the tv as warranty was expired, and was informing if we get the things done from lg it will cost rs:14, 000/- & if he will make personally the he will take rs:7000/- (He & his friend will come to repair)
My point of writing the above comprehension was am i mad to take lg products,
Why should i suffer for the manufacturing defects of lg...?
